Shipping

Domestic:
I charge $6 flat rate USPS airmail (usually 3-5 days delivery time) within the U.S. -- no matter how many items you purchase.

Express Mail:
If a domestic customer wants wants Express Mail, go to my "Specials" category (the last one of the page) and click on whatever jewelry picture you see there. Then follow the instructions. You will be charged $19 for express mail.

International:
I charge $16.00 for international shipping -- no matter how many items you purchase. International mailings will be registered and insured.

Returns

With the exception of custom orders, I guarantee all my items for 30 days -- a full return -- no questions asked (shipping not included). For custom items, I exchange pictures via email so that my customers can confirm their request. Once I begin construction of a custom piece, cancellation is not possible. Furthermore once mailed, the custom piece is not returnable unless there is a workmanship problem. This policy is attributable to the unique piece of custom jewelry being unlikely sellable to another customer.
