With the exception of custom orders, I guarantee all my items for 30 days -- a full return -- no questions asked.

For custom items, I exchange pictures via e-mail so that my customers confirm what they want.

Once I begin construction of a custom piece, it cannot be cancelled.

Once I mail the custom piece, it cannot be returned unless there is a workmanship problem.

The reason for this policy is becasuse I may not be able to sell that unique piece of custom jewelry to another customer.

I ship USPS first class Air Mail ($6 total shipping and handling no matter how many items you order)
