This beautiful stone is 41mm (1-5/8 inches wide). It is 3/8 of an inch thick. It is rounded on both sides. The large (4mm) 20 inch long sterling silver chain is included. The chain is hollow inside, but made of solid sterling silver. The heavy duty bail is also solid sterling silver. I assembled this piece myself.
